As always, the conversation was hugely productive and relevant to my work. Kersten is exactly what you need in a coach as you get prompted with the right questions AND you get guided. A lot of coaches just prompt and it can sometimes feel like you’re hitting a wall but Kersten actually gets it. I also didn’t have to go back over a previous chat as it was all remembered.
