Despite my poor internet connection and related delay in our conversation, Jessica was able to showcase a high capacity for active and effective listening. The comments she provided were thought provoking and helped me to internalize the root cause of my issue. We ran an activity together, which highly impacted me and is something I will likely continue to do on my own as well as with my direct reports.
