I have always been terrified about the idea of talking about myself and my own feelings. I hate the attention being on me and didn’t feel like my issues were worthy. Laura made me feel immediately at ease as though I had known her for a long while and I actually really enjoyed the process of voicing how I have been feeling. She made me see things in a different way and helped me realise that I had already been doing certain things to help myself. I came away feeling refreshed and happy and eager to explore more.
