I was not an easy coachee today because my head was too tangled for me even to know what I needed from Mandy. Nevertheless, she patiently guided the conversation so that we could reach some answers together. She also offered some frameworks and exercises for me to take away to figure out some of the bigger stuff on my own – so I’ve come away with an actionable plan.
