It was an extremely effective use of 45 minutes, with Sarah keeping me on track and on topic throughout the whole session. We identified one area to work on, talked through how I felt about it and set tangible goals (with dates and everything) to improve. I felt super positive and energetic afterwards. I think the real test for me will be if I actually follow through on what we discussed, putting personal development as a high priority. Oh and I really liked her energy, warm, understanding but focused.
