My coach created a safe and trusting environment where we could explore my situation in great depth and find solutions together. I felt very comfortable speaking with my coach, they were a supportive and friendly ear which is exactly what I needed in that moment. We practiced a role play together that was incredibly helpful and now I feel confident with the solutions we identified and know I have the skills to handle my situation safely and practically.
