Raheela enabled me to take a step back and ask myself a few simple but vital questions relating to the situation we discussed, simple things that are often overlooked when I am feeling stressed. She offered great tips and options to help me come back to my body and away from my mind when feeling stressed. She also helped me break down my many questions into smaller sections to work on, helping me feel less overwhelmed and able to tackle things one step at a time. Above all, Raheela created a safe space for me to show up, where I felt completely comfortable to open up.
