This was my 3rd Session with Ruth and I didnt go to it with a specific idea of what I wanted to talk about next, though we have been following a specific relationship theme. Nonetheless within 5 minutes she has usually helper me to the crux of the matter and by the 44th minute we’ve hit the nail on the head and things are clearer. She’s great at turning a foggy mess into something we can break down and start to make sense of. Thanks Ruth
