We visited a new area, it was a classic how to be a young, not really experienced manager, and how to communicate my concerns to my leaders, how to be a good leader.
I think it was a harder topic, because I had no idea how to start, just felt the pressure that something missing, and we realized with Rosilda’s help that this something is the lack of the path that I can follow.
We spoke about ideas, and methods of how to evolve and why it is hard. Again, she understand and know me better than I, so she helped a lot to figure staff out 😀
