We do recommend using your laptop for the session and you will need to use chrome as your browser to access the meet link. You can also use your phone, to do so you’ll need to download the Google Meet app, which is available on Apple and Android devices.

The Google Meet between you and your coach is not accessible by anyone else without your or your coach granting access. The meeting links are encrypted and what is discussed with your coach will not be shared.
