Transforming lives through coaching
Imagine everyone having access to a personal guide to help them navigate their career and life challenges. That’s exactly what we’ve been doing at More Happi, and the impact has been incredible.
In 2024 we:
- Delivered 4,400 transformative coaching sessions
Which means to date we’ve enabled:
- 12,000 hours of life-changing conversations
- 339 forward-thinking organisations embracing coaching for all
- Nearly 4,000 individuals discovering their full potential
Transforming organisations
257 organisations chose to make coaching accessible to their people in 2024, embracing the power of coaching for all. They’re seeing real returns on their investment through:

Our model enables both coaches and organisations to grow
Empowering coaches to create impact
Part of what makes our volunteer coaches exceptional is their diverse backgrounds, which in 2024 included a pastry chef, an architect, a scientist and working with the United Nations!
The total coaching hours More Happi enabled for coaches in 2024 was equivalent to:
Flying around the world 137 times,
2,200 games of football,
or listening to Dolly Parton’s ‘9 to 5’ 72,000 times!
In 2024 we supported our coaches with:
- 36 group ‘coach supervision’ sessions providing guidance and support on coaching practice, facilitated by a qualified coaching supervisor
- 10 training sessions to introduce and develop the latest coaching skills, tools and best practices including The Thinking Environment and Myers Briggs in a Coaching Context
- 2,000 testimonials and feedback given by coachees to coaches
Helping coaches to widen their experience
More Happi Coach Narinder Sheena released a book last year and has this to say about her experience coaching with us:

Changing lives in 45 countries
Our coaching creates space for both professional and personal growth and in 2024, over 1,400 individuals benefitted from More Happi coaching. Each individual’s coaching need is different, some with a few ad-hoc sessions while our top four individuals clocked up 100 coaching sessions between them in 2024! Our virtual coaching delivery model enabled them to access coaching in more than 45 different countries.
Every coaching session is unique, but testimonials consistently highlight:

Looking ahead: 2025 and beyond
While we’re proud of our impact to date, we’re only just starting to scratch the surface of the organisations and individuals to whom we can bring coaching and therefore help develop even more coaches.
To help us do this, in 2025 we will be:
1. Creating more partnerships to bring coaching to even more people
2. Making coaching even more personalised to each individual’s journey
3. Measuring and celebrating impact for all
