We do both. Monthly masterclasses deliver practical skills: Talk Like a Leader, Active Listening, Situational Leadership. But we add unlimited coaching to help them actually apply it. Training alone doesn't change behaviour. Training plus coaching does.
Our coaches are qualified professionals who volunteer in order to gain the ICF practice hours and experience required to reach further credential levels. All hold ICF / EMCC accreditation or equivalent with an average 248 coaching hours experience. If the match isn't right, you can switch immediately.
