My coach allowed me to explore the different things that I am currently struggling with and we were able to "name them" and also focus on one particular item. I left the session with more clarity and actionable items!!

I was able to update…...

I was able to update my coach on the issue that we had discussed previously and how the coaching session had helped me to deal with the situation successfully. For the rest of the session I introduced a completely new issue, non work related, which my coach was really supportive in allowing me to talk it through logically and helped me to come up with a strategy to move me forward. My coach was patient, understanding and kind and never once made me feel like my issue was silly or unimportant.
