For every Scaling and Enterprise 12 mth contract, More Happi includes 2 online onboarding sessions for the team. These include an overview of More Happi’s Masterclasses and how to get the most from Coaching. Everyone leaves having identified an area to develop for their own progression or the business, and will be booked onto their first session.
If your team size grows or you’d like to extend access to others, we can upgrade your account. You’ll be charged for how many people are on the contract plus any additional seats.
More Happi’s product is designed for continuous access, so that managers and their teams can use it proactively and in the moment, as and when challenges arise. It’s easier to manage, and you don’t need to arrange support every time someone would like a little help. If your team is less than 20 people, you can set up a Starter account. It’s a monthly subscription and can be cancelled at any time.
