Cleo is very approachable and sets up a great environment for working through problems in a fun, collaborative manner. I’m new to coaching but I’m getting a lot out of our sessions despite being inexperienced, which I think is attributable to the high quality of Cleo’s coaching. I am genuinely excited to come to coaching, even though I find it a bit daunting, and am surprised about how powerful a tool it seems to be for addressing long-running issues that I’ve been stuck on.
