How do More Happi Coaching Programmes work?

We created Programmes to help you (and your team) reach your targets faster.

Anyone can learn how to do their role, but taking ownership and feeling empowered to solve their own challenges is very different.

That takes trial and error, practice, support and constant adjustment.

That’s what our programmes are for.

Our strengths, backgrounds and goals are unique to us and differ from our peers, so why should our learning and development be any different?

Everyone deserves the opportunity to be more.

Yes, you too.

What’s a More Happi Coaching Programme?

Think of it as 1-2-1 training, that’s bespoke to you and your team.

Choose between three or six custom-tailored sessions – all specifically designed to foster growth, confidence and skills.

Through private 1:1 sessions, your team will discover growth opportunities – including strengths, blind spots and what’s holding them back.

Each session lasts 45 minutes and is led by a dedicated coach, who remains the same throughout the Programme unless they decide otherwise.

New to coaching?

Our programmes make it easier for those that have never been coached understand how it works, while also offering much-needed consistency, motivation and accountability.

How it works:

  1. They’ll start by completing a short-yet-intuitive quiz.

They’ll choose the option that feels closest to their needs right now.

(Your team can complete as many programmes as they like over time – the freedom is theirs. The possibilities? Endless).

You’ll notice that the questionnaire has been specifically designed to guide your team through each step simply and seamlessly – setting your team up with the programme best suited to their goals (without having to answer 1000 questions).

    Not sure where to start?

Our members love using our leadership wheel to get clarity on the skill they want to master first.

    2. We’ll pair them with the perfect coach based on their responses.

We handpick our coaches from the top accredited coaching schools and associations in the UK, rated on average 4.7/5 by over 4,500 customers.

Here, your team will have the chance to choose a coach from their top matches or keep scrolling if they prefer.

More Happi enables professionally trained, volunteer coaches to build the experience and practice that they need to become exceptional coaches at a rate that would be impossible in other ways.

This new model means that those unable to access coaching before, now can. And more coaches stay in the industry to deliver more impact. Win-win.

    3. They’ll book their preferred coach and time – instantly.

(No waiting around to be matched with someone.)

Their coach will work with them to discuss their needs and goals during their programme, and adapt as needed – supporting them at every step and providing techniques to accelerate growth.

Here’s an example of what the journey might look like.

    What programme participants are saying…

“First time experiencing coaching and Paul was great, he guided me through the process of my programme, what to expect as an outcome and we discussed actionable points for me to get to where I want to be. I really appreciated the programme approach of tackling a big topic over a series of sessions, it made the process feel more manageable and attainable.”

“My first session with Vanessa was very positive and uplifting, I felt understood and supported, and am now feeling very hopeful for what we can achieve together during the rest of the programme.”

“Jo was great and made me feel immediately at ease but also challenging me. Really looking forward to the following sessions.”

“I’d recommend Andrew for anyone looking for a coach skilled at allowing you to recognise areas in yourself independently and for a gentle, listening approach. Andrew guides you through sessions with a relaxed flow and is skilled at pivoting when different topics arise. I left each session feeling much better about what I had brought to discuss and very glad that I’d invested the time.”

How does a More Happi coaching programme differ from a training or development programme?

Traditional training programmes are typically (by their nature) forced to follow a one-size-fits-all approach to learning. Whilst this approach remains effective for developing ‘hard’ skills (like learning a new language, graphic design or coding) coaching programmes are considerably more effective for building ‘human’ – aka ‘soft’ – skills within your team (leadership, problem-solving, idea generation, conflict management, etc) for a few reasons:

    • Coaching takes a personalised approach to unlock an individual’s potential and boost their performance.
    • Rather than teaching specific skills to groups, it focusses on helping each person identify growth areas, overcome hurdles, and achieve their unique goals.
    • The one-on-one nature allows coaches to tailor the programme precisely to the coachee’s needs and schedule – providing a more flexible, bespoke experience.
    • Together, the coach collaborates with the individual to devise customised strategies for attaining their aspirations.

    What is coaching?

Coaching is a way to untangle problems and ideas and turn them into actionable steps. This helps you achieve more with less time.

Did you know coaching can help you and your team:

    • Resolve overwhelm or burnout
    • Manage anxiety or imposter syndrome
    • Gain confidence in a new role or situation
    • Improve time management or productivity
    • Resolve conflict
    • Build better relationships with others
    • Solve problems
    • Improve habits to look after their mental and physical wellbeing
    • Plan and achieve career progression

We can all gain so much from coaching:
