My coach constantly helps me see various options whenever I run in circles and don’t see a way out of my situation. Calmly, she encourages me to pursue them and then follows up on me to see what I learned. Complex problems don’t have a big bang solution like we normally hope, but a steady flow of baby steps that, together, take us closer to where we need to be.
