I started working with Paul about a year ago, and the support has been incredibly valuable. From the outset, he helped me identify key gaps in my work and guided me in practical ways to address them. He supported me in strengthening how I connect with colleagues across the organisation, particularly when working with C-suite level stakeholders and balancing different needs at once. He also helped me think more creatively and professionally about how to make my work more interactive and engaging.
