Cat helped me work through both a smaller operational issue and a more complex strategic challenge. Simply talking it through with her enabled me to clarify my thinking and reach a clear decision on the immediate issue. More importantly, on the bigger and more complex topic, she helped me bring real clarity to the situation and, crucially, gave me the energy and momentum to move forward and tackle it in a structured and joyful way. Her coaching is thoughtful, focused, supportive and highly impactful. My work with her last week led to a genuine shift in my energy, output and overall quality of life. I had been considering cancelling my membership due to the recent price increase, but my work with Cat has been so energising that I’ve decided to stay. It feels like excellent value for money.
