Confidence ≠ other people’s opinions

Some days we’re 100% confident. Some days we just aren’t, and we often rely on others to bring our confidence back.

No one but yourself can make you confident. But we get it. When situations at work or at home pull us down, self-doubt kicks in.

But what if we had the confidence to speak up when things get hard? What if we could stop second-guessing ourselves?

The good news is that there are ways that we can grow our confidence from within. We can train our mind to work for us, instead of against us.
