More Happi was founded on a simple belief: coaching should not be reserved for a small group of senior leaders, and building a coaching career should not be an isolating struggle.

Our model connects those two needs. Organisations gain access to high-quality, structured coaching. Coaches gain real-world experience, supervision and development to build credible, sustainable practices. It is designed as a double win.

In 2025, More Happi secured B Corp certification, reinforcing our commitment to balancing accessibility, quality and long-term impact.

This year, we aligned and strengthened every layer of our model, including partnerships, access routes, diagnostics, mentoring and accountability, creating a more structured and joined-up coaching system.

Impact for Organisations

In 2025, 223 organisations partnered with More Happi, a 24% increase year on year.

Sessions per organisation continued to increase year-on-year, reflecting deeper engagement over time. More organisations are now committing to longer-term partnerships, embedding coaching into their development strategies rather than treating it as a one-off intervention.

We expanded access through strategic collaborations with aligned partners, introducing coaching into environments where it fits naturally within learning and development. Structured trials supported thoughtful deployment, helping organisations test and embed coaching before scaling.

Workshops broadened entry points into development, offering practical, themed sessions alongside coaching and programmes. Leadership communication, practical momentum and inclusive leadership emerged as consistent priorities.

Structured programmes and diagnostic reflection now work together to sharpen focus from the outset. Individuals begin coaching with clarity about where they most need support, ensuring conversations are targeted and relevant.

The result is development that is structured rather than generic, embedded rather than episodic.

The increase in session frequency suggests coaching is being used more consistently over time.

In 2025, we introduced structured, multi-session programmes as a new way to deepen impact. 357 programmes were completed in their first full year, reflecting strong early adoption.

While many individuals continue to access coaching flexibly through individual sessions, programmes provide a more focused pathway for specific development goals.

It is common for individuals to move between formats, beginning with sessions, engaging in a programme, and continuing coaching afterwards, creating a more continuous and tailored development journey.

Participants consistently describe clearer thinking, stronger decision-making and practical tools they can apply immediately.

Across coaching delivered in 2025, coaches were rated 4.91 out of 5.

Outcome measurement will continue to strengthen in 2026, building on the foundations established this year and the growing body of qualitative and case-based evidence.

Zinc - Supporting People Through Hypergrowth

Zinc, a fast-growing global HR technology company, partnered with More Happi to support its team during a period of rapid scale.

More than 80 employees accessed personalised coaching, ensuring individuals were supported through the challenges of growth, change and increasing responsibility. Coaching was tailored to individual needs, helping employees build clarity, confidence and momentum in their roles.

Breathe, a growing HR software company, partnered with More Happi to move from an ad hoc approach to learning and development towards a more consistent and embedded model.

Coaching was made accessible across the organisation, giving employees the space to reflect, build confidence and navigate challenges in real time. This shift helped move development from reactive problem-solving to ongoing, proactive support.

Impact for Coaches

More Happi exists not only to widen access to coaching, but to strengthen the coaching profession itself.

In 2025, a growing network of carefully selected, qualified and vetted volunteer coaches delivered more than 5,500 hours of coaching while maintaining an average rating of 4.91 out of 5.

Coaches gain high-quality session volume, supervision, peer reflection and testimonials from recognised organisations. For many, More Happi acts as an accelerator.

In 2025, we moved beyond simply providing opportunity and strengthened our role as an incubator for coaching careers. Onboarding was refined to clarify expectations and the value exchange at the heart of the model. Coaches bring their gifts and commitment. We provide client volume, supervision, development and community.

Connection was deepened through a dedicated coach community, reducing the isolation that can come with coaching. A Mentor Programme was piloted, centred on simplicity and presence in practice.

The result is more than hours logged. Coaches leave with substantial experience, credible testimonials, clearer positioning and greater confidence. Many go on to build independent practices, pursue accreditation, specialise in high-demand areas or step into leadership roles.

Alan - From Trainee to Independent Executive Coach

Alan joined More Happi while completing his Masters in Executive Coaching at Ashridge, seeking real-world hours to support his training and pursue accreditation.

Over two years, he delivered more than 240 coaching hours across 320 sessions, working with clients across multiple regions and career stages.

"If I hadn't had the More Happi client base throughout those years of training, I think I would have ended up being a very different coach to the one I'm becoming now."

By the time he graduated, Alan had secured the hours required for accreditation, built a portfolio of testimonials from recognised organisations and launched his independent executive coaching practice.

More Happi is building more than a coaching service. We are building a platform where access, quality and professional development reinforce one another.

A Reflection from Ashleigh

When I founded More Happi, it was driven by frustration.

Coaching was powerful, but too often inaccessible. Talented coaches struggled to build sustainable practices. Organisations wanted development that worked, but did not always know how to deploy it effectively.

What we have built in 2025 is not just growth in numbers. It is growth in structure.

We have strengthened the system around coaching so that it works better for everyone involved. Organisations can embed it with confidence. Individuals can access it without hierarchy or stigma. Coaches can develop within a community rather than in isolation.

Becoming a B Corp this year was an important milestone. It formalised what has always mattered to us: balancing access, quality and accountability.

We are still early. But the direction is clear.

Coaching should not be a privilege. It should be part of how organisations develop people well. And building a coaching career should not depend on luck or connections.

More Happi exists to close those gaps.

And we are only getting started.
