I was a manager who needed help. I was stuck, struggling with a situation I didn't know how to handle. Then I got a coach - and everything shifted. Not because they told me what to do, but because they helped me figure it out myself.
The next businesses that I worked for? No coaching.
Eventually I trained as a coach. And that's when I saw how unfair the industry really was.
Coaching is too expensive for most people to access. But on the other side, coaches are struggling too - 80% drop out of the industry because building practice hours are so hard. The people who want to help can't get practice hours. The people who need help can't afford it.
More Happi exists to fix both sides of that equation.

Coaching platforms charge £300+ per session. At that price, it becomes a perk for executives. Everyone else - the managers who are struggling, the people who'd benefit most - never get access.
For coaches
