What is the FUEL Coaching Model?
The FUEL Coaching Model is a powerful framework for helping individuals reach their goals.
It’s comprised of five distinct steps that guide the coach-client relationship in a helpful and meaningful way:
1. Focus: This first step helps to identify and clarify the client’s current situation, exploring what they want to achieve, how they intend to get there, and what potential obstacles may arise along the way.
2. Uncover: During this stage, clients dig into the core issues at hand, uncovering underlying patterns or behaviours that are creating barriers to success.
3. Engage: Once surface-level problems have been addressed, coaches can help clients take action by engaging in strategies and activities that will help them move closer to their goals.
4. Learn: In this step, clients learn from the experience and reflect on what has been successful or unsuccessful in order to better inform future action steps.
5. Execute: The final stage of the FUEL Coaching Model involves taking decisive action and following through on commitments made in prior steps. This is where long-term success can be achieved!
The FUEL Coaching Model is an effective and comprehensive approach for helping clients reach their desired outcomes.
With its clear structure, coaches can tailor their approach accordingly to ensure maximum success and satisfaction for individuals being coached.
