Angela is an absolutely amazing coach. I have had around 5 sessions and feel I have made HUGE progress in that time. She is friendly and makes you feel so at ease with talking about what’s going on. She also asks really insightful questions which allow you to dive deeper into topics. The series of sessions have allowed me to identify areas that I want to work on as well as what the barriers have been for me. On our latest session I really felt I had got a firm grip on what I want and how best to use my energy for both work and home situations, I feel more confident and trusting of my gut instincts. She has been instrumental in me feeling the way I do now which is happy and confident and excited about the future. I can’t thank her enough!
